One to Ones 

Great for ladies who don't feel confident joining a class and are wishing to work on a certain area/ injury.

For example, knee and hip issues, shoulder issues, winged scapular, lower back pain, upper back pain, neck issues and pelvic floor weakness to name a few

Can be honed completely to the needs of the individual. 

Progress is often quicker than classes because of the individual nature of sessions. 

Can be done at the clients house or via zoom


Slots are limited and in high demand.
